URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

This is a position from a game last week, it is white to move and I happen to be white.  The problem is I just could not think at all, it was as if my brain just stopped working and refused to start up again. I could not even find a bad move never mind a good one!!  A draw was agreed. 

I am sure others have experienced the same phenomenon, what is the best solution? Is my brain telling me I need a holiday or what?

ULSTER CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP 2012

Europa Hotel

The 2012 Ulster Chess Championships will take place from Saturday 25th August to Monday 27th August at the Europa Hotel Belfast city center.

COMPETITORS BE WARNED.... All moves must be recorded even in the last 5 minutes. This is troublesome if you are not used to it. This rule lost me 2 games in a recent tournament as it was the first time I had come across it!
