Nh4 OR Nxe5 ???????????????

Danny King is now up to number 17 in his, "What happens next?" series.
He could make it harder by not giving any options.
What would you decide here?

STUDY POSITION 8

This is from a game between Neil and myself on Monday night. I am white. It is black to move. What is the best way for black to proceed?
In reality what happened is, I offered a draw as I was quickly becoming drowsy due to the side effects of medication! lol

URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

This is a position from a game last week, it is white to move and I happen to be white.  The problem is I just could not think at all, it was as if my brain just stopped working and refused to start up again. I could not even find a bad move never mind a good one!!  A draw was agreed.

I am sure others have experienced the same phenomenon, what is the best solution? Is my brain telling me I need a holiday or what?
